Five rounds of fast, competitive Friday night racing on Zwift, open across five Zwift Racing Score categories.
Complete the Cycling Ireland series registration to link your Zwift ID to your Cycling Ireland membership. This lets us match your ZwiftPower race results and include eligible riders in the dedicated Cycling Ireland classifications throughout the series.
You only need to register once. Not a Cycling Ireland member? You can still race in the open RWB x Cycling Ireland eSports Series.
Team RWB – Racing Without Borders, in partnership with Cycling Ireland, presents the 2026/27 eSports Series. The season runs from October 2026 through March 2027, with five separate rounds of four race nights.
The programme mixes criteriums, punchy road races, climbing, individual time trials, Tiny Races and Provincial Team Time Trials. Each round is its own competition, with a rider’s best three results from the four race nights determining the Round standings. Those results also contribute to the season-long Overall Championship.
The series remains open to all riders. Eligible Cycling Ireland members will also feature in a dedicated Cycling Ireland classification, while Irish riders can represent Ulster, Leinster, Munster or Connacht in the Four Provinces Championship.
The series is open to Para-Cycling and Transplant athletes, competing throughout the full series alongside the wider cycling community. Athletes enter the same five open ZRS racing categories, with additional Para-Cycling and/or Transplant classifications provided where applicable and agreed with Cycling Ireland.
The opening Round takes riders from New York to Paris, France and Watopia, with sprinting, punchy racing, an ITT and a climb finish.

Five rounds of four championship race nights. A rider's best three results from each Round count toward that Round title and are added into the season-long Overall Points Championship.
Three short races are combined into one championship result, occupying one of the four scoring slots in the Round.
| Finish | Internal pts |
|---|---|
| 1st | 10 |
| 2nd | 8 |
| 3rd | 6 |
| 4th | 5 |
| 5th | 4 |
| 6th | 3 |
| 7th | 2 |
| 8th+ classified | 1 |
The three internal scores are added within the rider’s locked category. The combined ranking then receives standard championship points. Ties are broken by the better result in Race 3, then Race 2.
Five teams compete throughout the season: Ulster, Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Rest of World. For Cycling Ireland riders, province is determined from the CI Club recorded through Eventmaster. Riders listed as Unattached – Ulster/Leinster/Munster/Connacht are assigned directly from that value. An unknown Irish club is treated as Province Pending, never Rest of World. Rest of World is reserved for genuinely eligible non-Irish riders.

Five open geographic pens are used: Ulster, Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Rest of World. All five teams are eligible for the TTT placing bonus. Team time is taken from the same rider position for every team: the smallest STARTER count across all five teams minus two, with DNS riders excluded from the starter count. Every classified finisher in all five pens receives 15 individual championship points.
The five geographic pens are open, so riders are not prevented from joining another team. However, a maximum of 20% of classified starters may be guest riders from outside that team, with any fraction rounded down when calculating the permitted number of guests. If a team exceeds this limit, it remains in the race but is not eligible for the 50/40/30/20/10 TTT placing bonus. All otherwise eligible riders still receive their 15 individual championship points. Guest riders do not score a Four Provinces participation point for the team they guest for, and a rider may only score Four Provinces Championship points for their own eligible team.
These rules determine eligibility for official championship placement.
Compulsory. Riders must be opted in / linked and appear in ZwiftPower results to receive an official classification.
Used for all standard category races, with the Round-lock ZRS rule described in the Race Book.
A heart-rate monitor is mandatory for official result placement in all ZRS categories.
Only smart-trainer and/or power-meter users are eligible for official result placement. zPower / estimated-power results are not eligible.
Not permitted in standard mass-start races. Permitted only in events explicitly designated as an ITT, subject to event configuration.
Permitted unless an individual race page states otherwise.
Riders must use their own Zwift account, accurate height and weight, and properly paired/calibrated equipment.
RWB reserves the right to disqualify riders for unsportsmanlike conduct or request additional verification where a result or performance requires review.
Disputes are directed to RWB through the published contact channels. The final dispute procedure/contact deadline is to be added before publication.
The five geographic pens are open, but for Four Provinces Championship classification at least 80% of a team's classified starters must be eligible to represent that team. A maximum of 20% may be guest riders, with any fraction rounded down. A team exceeding the permitted guest-rider limit remains classified in the race but is not eligible for the TTT placing bonus. Guest riders retain individual championship eligibility but cannot score Four Provinces points for the team they guest for.
Riders wishing to appear in Cycling Ireland-specific results must complete the Cycling Ireland series registration and provide their Zwift ID. This links ZwiftPower race results to their Cycling Ireland membership. Riders who do not register can still compete in the open series but will not appear in Cycling Ireland-specific classifications. Register with Cycling Ireland.
Zwift Racing Score is a 1–1000 ranking intended to reflect a rider’s current fitness and racing skill. Riders start with a seed score based on recent activity and the score can change after racing based on results, competitor ability, field size and podium performance.
